Mandi Lok Sabha Election Result 2024: Kangana became 'Queen' in the first election itself, Congress was defeated; Vikramaditya suffered a crushing defeat

Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut has made her mark in Mandi parliamentary constituency. Kangana has defeated her rival Congress party candidate and state Public Works and Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh from Mandi (Mandi Lok Sabha Election 2024 Result).

 

Counting of votes through Electronic Voting Machines i.e. EVMs has been completed. Counting of postal ballots is going on. BJP's Kangana Ranaut is ahead by 72696 votes after counting of EVMs.

 

BJP scored a hat-trick of victory

 

BJP has scored a hat-trick of victory here in the general elections of Lok Sabha. In the 2014 elections, BJP's Ram Swaroop Sharma defeated Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh's mother Pratibha Singh by about 39896 votes.

 

In the 2019 elections, Ram Swaroop Sharma defeated Congress's Aashray Sharma by more than four lakh votes. Now Kangana has defeated Vikramaditya Singh in the 2024 elections.

 

Apart from the candidates of six national and regional parties, four independents were also in the fray in the parliamentary constituency. The deposit of eight candidates has been forfeited. More voters than four independents have pressed the NOTA button. Independents have got 2608 votes. 5571 voters have pressed the NOTA button.

 

This is how many votes Vikramaditya got

 

Kangana Ranaut has got 5,25,691 votes. Vikramaditya Singh has got 4,52,995, BSP's Prakash Chand Bhardwaj has got 4310, Himachal Janata Party's Mahesh Kumar Saini has got 640, Rashtriya Dev Bhoomi Party's Narendra Kumar has got 2415 and All India Parivar Party's Vinay Kumar has got 673 votes.

 

Four independents Rakhi Gupta got 1013, Subhash Mohan Snehi 961, Ashutosh Mahant 260, and Dinesh Kumar Bhati has got 374 votes.

 

Kangana got the lead from these assembly constituencies

Kangana got the lead in 13 assembly constituencies through EVM. She got lead of 5533 votes in Bharmour, 1953 votes in Manali, 6872 votes in Kullu, 2989 votes in Banjar, 5926 votes in Karsog, 8994 votes in Sundarnagar, 5715 votes in Nachan, 14698 votes in Seraj, 7699 votes in Drang, 18616 votes in Jogindernagar, 15515 votes in Sadar, 9742 votes in Balh and 13647 votes in Sarkaghat.

 

Vikramaditya got the lead in these constituencies

She got a lead of 6876 votes in Lahaul Spiti, 8328 votes in Ani, 21437 votes in Rampur, and 8562 votes in Kinnaur.

 

Most NOTA button was pressed in Jogindernagar

A maximum of 505 voters pressed the NOTA button in the Jogindernagar constituency of Mandi parliamentary constituency. In Lahaul Spiti, the least number of voters, 95, have voted for NOTA.

 

378 voters in Bharmour, 255 in Manali, 408 in Kullu, 222 in Banjar, 407 in Ani, 424 in Karsog, 317 in Sundernagar, 389 in Nachan, 291 in Saraj, 383 in Drang, 395 in Sadar, 368 in Balh, 268 in Sarkaghat, 295 in Rampur and 171 voters in Kinnaur have voted for NOTA.
