The 2016 classic cult movie Sanam Teri Kasam has been released in theatres again. Surprisingly, the movie which flopped at the box office years ago is now seen making a splash in its re-release. Sanam Teri Kasam has done a business of crores of rupees in advance box office collections alone.

In the last few months, many Bollywood films have been re-released in theatres. Some of these films were such that they proved to be flops in the original release and made a lot of money in the re-release. Now it is the turn of Sanam Teri Kasam, which is ready to make a splash as soon as it is released.

It will do this much business on the first day.

Booking was opened before the re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam. The tickets of the film were sold out before it hit the theatres on February 7. It is being told that tickets worth about 20 thousand have been sold for the opening day collection of Sanam Teri Kasam. On the other hand, according to Koimoi, 39 thousand tickets have been sold so far. In this regard, this film can do a business of around Rs 2 crore on the very first day.

Clash with these films.

Sanam Teri Kasam has been released in theaters today i.e. on 7 February. This film is competing with Bollywood's new films Loveyapa and Himesh Reshammiya's Badass Ravi Kumar. Not only this, Christopher Nolan's sci-fi Hollywood movie Interstellar has been re-released on this day.

Original collection of Sanam Teri Kasam

When Sanam Teri Kasam, directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, was released in 2016, it received a mixed response. The collection of the film was also very bad. According to Bollywood Hungama, its lifetime collection was only around Rs 16 crore. Now it has to be seen whether Sanam Teri Kasam is able to break its first record in the re-release or not.

What is the story of Sanam Teri Kasam?

Sanam Teri Kasam is based on the love story of Inder and Saru. Inder, who is infamous in the eyes of society, falls in love with Saru who is looking for an IIT-IIM educated husband to please her father. Mawra Hocane and Harshvardhan Rane are in the lead roles in the film.
