Education is not a business.
Speaking while inaugurating Lokseva e School in Baner, the RSS chief emphasized that education is not a business but a "vow" to make good human beings.
The education system should not be a hindrance to learning but should work as a facilitator.
Bhagwat said that we need to keep the modern and the ancient together, to which everyone should contribute.
He said that education should not be limited to one framework but should be holistic which should be preserved by the whole society.
The education system should not work only as a regulator
Moham Bhagwat said that the education system should work as a means of empowering students instead of working only as a regulator. He said that the education system should focus on ensuring smooth functioning and not on implementing 'do's and don'ts'.
Praised the National Education Policy
Praising the National Education Policy (NEP), the RSS chief (Mohan Bhagwat education system) said that even though it has been introduced recently, discussions for such a system have been going on for many years. He said that many schools have been providing 'value-based' education for a long time.
He said that the new education system will be fully implemented and it will take the country towards the desired dream. He said that we need to change ourselves according to the times, but while doing so we have to ensure that we remain connected to our core values.
