People are troubled by heat and heat waves in many parts of the country. However, for the last few days, the people of Delhi-NCR have got some relief from the scorching heat. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department informed us that monsoon has arrived in Maharashtra.

 

On June 6, monsoon has entered the Konkan region of Maharashtra. At the same time, the monsoon is moving towards Ratnagiri and Solapur. Monsoon is expected to arrive in Mumbai around June 9-10.

 

When can the monsoon arrive in Delhi?

 

The Meteorological Department official informed that the monsoon will advance across India in the next few days, but it may weaken from next week. The official further said that there will be less rain in most areas except the west coast. At the same time, the monsoon is expected to reach Delhi by the end of June. Last year, the monsoon knocked in Delhi on June 25.

 

Monsoon is expected to arrive in Himachal Pradesh on June 20. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no special change during a week and the rainfall that has occurred during two days will decrease.

 

Heatwave will prevail in these states

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the heatwave will prevail in eastern and western Uttar Pradesh, eastern Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand today. The temperature here is likely to remain above 40 degrees. An orange alert has been issued for this.
