After Paresh Rawal's sudden exit from Hera Pheri 3, this matter has become quite heated. Every day new revelations are being made about this. From director Priyadarshan to actor Sunil Shetty and Akshay Kumar, no one is able to believe why this happened?
Akshay Kumar issued a notice against Rawal.
After exiting Hera Pheri 3, Paresh Rawal has got into legal trouble. His co-star Akshay Kumar's production house Cape of Good Films has issued a legal notice demanding Rs 25 crore for his sudden departure. Now the production house is making another claim, which seems to increase Paresh Rawal's troubles. The production house says that Paresh Rawal was already paid Rs 11 lakh, and while joining the film, he did not talk about any kind of creative difference.
Has the payment been made earlier?
Akshay Kumar's Cape of Good Films has confirmed that a legal notice has been sent to Paresh. They have accused him of withdrawing from Hera Pheri 3 in an 'abrupt, unilateral and malicious' manner. According to Pooja Tidke, joint managing partner of Parinam Law Associates, the actor is facing a Rs 25 crore suit even though he had already started the initial shooting of the film, for which he had also been paid a little money.
Paresh Rawal attended the teaser shoot.
The statement said that the teaser shoot of Hera Pheri 3 began on April 3, 2025, and more than 3 minutes of footage was shot with Rawal. The actor also had creative discussions with Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty and made further plans with Suniel Shetty and Akshay Kumar. Paresh Rawal has not yet reacted to the matter.
