Episode 2: Parag-Musk's tweet war on backing out of the Twitter deal
On 13 April 2022, Elon Musk writes a letter to the board to buy Twitter and offers $ 44 billion i.e. Rs 3.37 lakh crore. The Twitter board turned down the offer on April 15 but accepted Musk's offer on April 25.

On July 11, Musk made fun of the Twitter threats by sharing a laughing picture on his Twitter handle. He had said in his tweet that earlier he (Twitter) said that I cannot buy his company.
