Episode 2: Parag-Musk's tweet war on backing out of the Twitter deal
On 13 April 2022, Elon Musk writes a letter to the board to buy Twitter and offers $ 44 billion i.e. Rs 3.37 lakh crore. The Twitter board turned down the offer on April 15 but accepted Musk's offer on April 25.
On April 26, Elon Musk raises issues like free speech on Twitter. At the same time, it is said that Twitter has lost its way. Twitter restricts freedom of speech, while as the world's town hall, it should be the first place for free speech.
After this, Musk starts talking about bots i.e. fake accounts on Twitter, and asks Twitter the number of real users. Twitter issued a statement stating that 5% of the daily active users are fake.

Episode 3: Sue after backing out of the Twitter deal

Twitter wants Musk to complete the deal that has been done at $ 54.20 per share. Musk made a tweet after the lawsuit without naming Twitter. In it, he wrote, "Look at the irony."
On July 11, Musk made fun of the Twitter threats by sharing a laughing picture on his Twitter handle. He had said in his tweet that earlier he (Twitter) said that I cannot buy his company. Later he said that they cannot expose the bot (fake account) and now he wants to force me to buy Twitter through court, but now he has to disclose the bot in court also.
