Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) spokesperson and minister Nawab Malik are continuing the blame game. In this episode, NCP leader Nawab Malik once again appeared in front of the media on Tuesday and placed a letter of 26 allegations against NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede in front of media. Malik claims that this letter was sent to him by some NCB official. In this 26 charges have been leveled against Sameer Wankhede.
According to this letter- Sameer Wankhede and KPS have earned big money from big actresses like Deepika. Sameer Wankhede sometimes shows more drugs found in Raid to make the case bigger.
In this, Malik said that since October 6, we had raised many questions against Sameer Wankhede. Our fight is not with NCB. NCB did a great job in the last 35 years, but one person gets a job by doing fraud, when I made revelations it was said that Nawab Malik is exposing personal things.
Points have been added by altering the birth certificate: Malik
Malik further said, 'We never used abusive language about anyone. No matter how much BJP says that we are fighting this battle as Muslims, then I want to say that I did not do politics of religion in my career of 45 years. The birth certificate I presented is genuine. If you look closely at that certificate, pointers have been added to it by altering it. We were searching Sameer's documents for one and a half months, then got a copy of it.
Where is Sameer Wankhede's cast certificate?
Nawab Malik further said in his press conference, 'Sameer married Zahida. Got a job using my father's certificate. Many Dalit organizations are talking to me. Will file a complaint in front of the scrutiny committee regarding Sameer's certificate. Sameer's father is keeping his cast certificate in front of everyone. Where is Sameer's cast certificate?'
These allegations were made on Wankhede
1. Sameer Wankhede asked Dinesh Chavan to write the names of Riya Chakraborty, Shovik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, etc. in the confessional statement of Karan Arora, Zaid Villa Abas Lakhani, to which Dinesh Chavan, superintendent operation accepted the same. Dinesh Chavan was relieved of the charge of the operation and entrusted the operation to Vishwa Vijay Singh and since then to date, Vishwa Vijay Singh is a puppet in the hands of Sameer Wankhede and both together misused Section 27A of NDPS and innocent people. Vishva Vijay does as Sameer says. In return, Sameer Wankhede has been relentlessly defending Vishva Vijay Singh by telling him the complaints received at the NCB office (about the loot of lakhs of rupees and gold ornaments during searches from people's homes) as false. . In case number 16/2020, Vishwa Vijay Singh took 20-25 lakh rupees from Mohammad Jumman and he has made a written complaint in NCB office Mumbai, but Sameer Wankhede has closed the complaint saying the allegation is false.

Show the money in the case and distribute the rest among themselves.
14. In case number 40/2021, Samir Suleman Sana and Sarfaraz Qureshi, Ashish Ranjan 10, Vishwa Vijay Singh, the superintendent made a false case by placing 50 and 60 grams of mephedrone (MD) in their house and putting them in jail. 25 lakh rupees and gold jewelry disappeared from their house. On getting the complaint, Sameer shrugged off the matter.
15. In case number 44/2021, 12 bottles of codeine cough syrup and some quantity of ganja and mephedrone (MD) were found from Sikandar Hussain Sajad in case number 44/2021 but constable Vishnu Meena took 2 cartons of codeine cough at the behest of Sameer Wankhede. 22. In case number 80/2021, a Nigerian citizen was caught from Kharghar, from which no drug was found, but Samir Wankhede made a false case by keeping 60 grams (MD) and put him in jail.

24. In the raid conducted on Cordella Fridge in Case No. 94/2021, all the Panchnamas have been written by NCB Mumbai. At the behest of the BJP, two of its workers have done a drug case in collusion with Sameer Wankhede. On the cruise, NCB employees Superintendent Vishwa Vijay Singh, IO Ashish Ranjan, Kiran Babu, Vishwanath Tiwari, and JIO Sudhakar Shinde, OTC Kadam, Sepoy Reddy, P.D. Gore and Vishnu Giga, driver Anil Mane and Sameer's personal secretary Sharad Kumar and other employees had gone from drugs hiding in their face and after getting the chance kept them in the private luggage of the people. If Sagir Wankhede should find any Bollywood or model or celebrity during search or operation, then he forcefully keeps the drug from him and makes it theirs. This is what happened in this case as well. Sameer is in contact with both the BJP workers (KP Gosewi and Manish Dhanushali) for the last one month and all the men who were caught from Cruise were brought to the NCB office and all the pathnames were made sitting in the NCB office, but Rishab Sachdev, Pratima And Agir Furniturewala was released the same night after receiving a call from Delhi. Sameer Wankhede's phone call details can be checked on this page. No drug was found from Arbaaz Merchant's friend Abdul, but at the behest of Sameer, drug recovery has been shown on him too. Sameer has made the driver of his (NCB) office, Vijay, a panch, i.e. a witness in this case, while the law says that the witnesses should be independent. This whole case is fake and the drugs that have been received have been planted by Sameer and his associates.
25. NCB made a fake case by keeping 17 grams LSD constable Reddy at Prasad's house in Goa and sent him to jail.
26. Sepoy Vishnu Meena and Reddy at Armaan Kohli's house, who participated in Bigg Boss, made a fake case on him by placing 1 gram of cocaine and sending him to jail. Ever since Sameer Wankhede took charge in NCB Mumbai, in all the cases NCB has done, about 25 blank papers are signed from the arrested men and the Panchnama is changed at will. The blank papers with signatures are kept in the desk drawer of all the IOs of NCB and kept in the cupboard of superintendent Vishwa Vijay Singh, you can raid them and remove them. Along with this, a small number of drugs can also be recovered from the office room of Sameer and Vishwa Vijay Singh.
