The Supreme Court today (August 2) gave a detailed verdict on the NEET UG case. The court said that after hearing all the arguments, it has concluded that the paper leak case is not a systematic failure. The court said that the paper leak had not happened on a large scale.
Not enough evidence of paper leak: Supreme Court
The leak case was limited only to Patna and Hazaribagh. Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered that the exam will not be conducted again. The court had said that there was not enough evidence that the sanctity of the exam had been violated.
The NEET UG exam was held on May 5. After this, its result was released on June 4. After the results came out, many students filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the irregularities in the exam.
