A high alert has been declared in the city after the uproar after Jalabhishek in Nuh's Nalhad temple. To prevent inflammatory posts and rumors, the district administration suspended internet services till Wednesday night, which had a widespread impact on the residents of the city. Online transactions worth about Rs 30 crore were affected due to the internet shutdown.

 

The medicine distribution process was also affected in ESIC Medical College and Hospital. Along with this, the work of the registry in the tehsils was affected, due to which people were troubled throughout the day. On Tuesday, the entire city turned into a camp.

 

 

District Magistrate Vikram Singh issued orders to impose Section 144 with immediate effect to maintain law and order in the district. He said that these steps have been taken given the apprehension of any law and order situation in the city following the communal incident in neighboring Nuh district on Monday.

 

Internet service was also stopped by the administration on Monday night, due to which people faced a lot of problems. District Lead Bank Manager Hariom Sharma said that through UPI and other online platforms, transactions of about Rs 30 crore are done daily. Due to the non-working of the internet on Tuesday, people faced a lot of trouble in making online payments.

 

In such a situation, people had to buy small and big things by paying cash. Similarly, in ESIC Medical College and Hospital, all work from registration to medicine distribution is done through online mediums. Due to the shutdown of the internet, most of the problems had to be faced at the drug distribution centers.

 

After the examination of the patient, the medicine was made online by the doctors, but due to the non-availability of its SMS on the patient's phone and medicine distribution center, he had to face a lot of trouble in taking the medicine. Registry work was also started in tehsils in the district on Tuesday, but due to the internet shutdown, people here also had to face problems.

 

The police commissioner himself took to the streets and took out a flag march

Police Commissioner Vikas Arora himself took to the streets on Tuesday and took out a flag march. Four thousand police personnel have been deployed in the city to maintain law and order. The Commissioner of Police said that the police department is prepared to deal with any situation.

 

No one will be allowed to take the law into their hands. Orders have been given to strictly deal with those who hold any kind of gathering in public places. The district administration has imposed section 144. Orders have been given to arrest the violators immediately.

 

 

Police spokesperson Sube Singh said that on Tuesday, through teleconferencing, Police Commissioner Vikas Arora gave necessary instructions to all DCP ACP, Crime Branch, and Station Manager Chowki in-charges to take action against those who try to create any disturbance or disturb religious harmony anywhere. should be arrested immediately.

 

 

Not more than five persons can assemble for any purposeful intention or protest against any organization, caste, religion, or community and hold any meeting sloganeering. Police monitoring is going on on all the platforms of social media. Do not forward any provocative and provocative messages related to spreading rumors, or disturbing religious harmony.
