Nuh remained calm for three decades, riots happened 31 years ago

There was communal violence in Nuh in 1991 during the Ayodhya Ram Mandir movement. After that, there was complete peace in Nuh for three decades. Last year some organizations had damaged a religious place during the procession but at that time no untoward incident took place and peace prevailed on the appeal of the Aman Committee. The damaged construction was repaired. The uproar on Monday has sabotaged three decades of peace.

The people who came in the procession were stuck for hours, the police rescued them

More than 500 people, including Bajrang Dal leaders, had come to Nuh in buses and other vehicles from neighboring districts to participate in the Brajmandal procession. These included people from Bhiwani, Narvasan, Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal etc. As soon as the trouble started in the afternoon, the people who came in the procession were stuck where they were for hours. Some people tried to secure themselves by reaching Sadar police station.

Here the police made them remove their sandals etc. Some other people who came in the procession sat on the bus and went towards the city. Here he got surrounded by miscreants but by chance reached a house and saved himself. Apart from this, some people who came in the procession secured themselves by reaching the Nalhar temple. During this, these people were stuck where they were for hours. They were safely evacuated even after the arrival of the police force.

The people of the city demanded the deployment of paramilitary forces

By Monday evening, the situation came under some control after police forces from neighboring districts arrived. The people of the city have demanded from the administration that paramilitary forces should be called into the city. The administration is exploring all options for peace measures. On the other hand, the government is also taking information every moment. The force has been asked to remain fully alert during the night. Along with this, the police force has been instructed by the government to deal strictly with miscreants.

People's representatives appealed to the public for peace

People of all classes should maintain peace. The people of Nuh have always set an example of brotherhood, it should not be allowed to break under any circumstances.
