The miscreants had already made a plan to pelt stones to spread violence during the religious visit of Hindu organizations in Nuh on Monday.

As part of the plan, along with houses and shops located near Khedla Chowk, stones were collected at one end of the Aravalli hill near the Shiva temple at Nalhar. Two days in the past, the stones have been introduced to the Chowk after being loaded in a dumper.

This was the first time that stones were pelted here during the religious pilgrimage. In Delhi's Jahangir Puri, on the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav, youths of a particular religion pelted stones from rooftops during a religious pilgrimage. In the same way, it was done here also. Earlier, stones were not pelted on the common people here, but there was an incident of stone pelting in the villages when there was a fight with another community.

Six months ago, a Hindu family in the village of Kheda Khalilpur was pelted with stones by people of other communities due to a quarrel between children. In which many people were injured. The relatives of the miscreants pelted stones at the police team that had gone to catch two cattle smugglers in Singar village, injuring several police personnel.

Similar incidents took place in Jhimrawat and Nangal Mubarikpur. Similarly, six months ago, children and women pelted stones from the roof at the police team that had reached Nai village to nab a drug peddler. Many incidents happened such that stones were pelted at the police team chasing the cattle smugglers.

The conspiracy was being hatched to carry out a big attack in Singar

The perpetrators of the violent incident were not satisfied with the violence at Khedla Chowk. The audio message was circulated to several groups. Which it was said that you people could not give sleep of death to a few people. At least fifty dead bodies should be laid. The punishment for killing even one will be fifteen. There is now a chance to go to Singar and surround them and put them to death. Police are investigating this audio message.

Please inform that the yatra from Nalhad temple of Nuh was to go to Singar village. The intention of those who issued the message was that there should be more bloodshed. In the investigation by the police, this audio was released on behalf of a cattle smuggler. Without disclosing his name, the police are preparing to nab him.

CID had given input to the administration regarding stone pelting

Even though the administrative officials are not saying anything for the sake of the rescue, ten days ago the information had come from the CID that there would be stone pelting on the religious pilgrimage. Those who spread violence had already prepared for this.

Even information was given that stones are being deposited in many houses of a particular religion near the route through which the yatra will pass. A CID official said that even after the information about the attack was given to the administration, complete preparations were not done.

If the administrative officials had not kept their hands on their hands and showed alertness, then the people involved in the yatra would not have lost their lives due to stone pelting. Miscreants were also collecting stones inside a bus. The police team that came from Gurugram was first pelted with stones from inside the same bus. Due to this two home guards of Gurugram Police lost their lives.

Children became stone pelters, and the commission asked for a report

Along with the youth, children were also seen pelting stones on a religious pilgrimage. His family members did not even stop the children from pelting stones. This has been taken seriously by the National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights.

Expressing concern, the commission has asked the state government to conduct an inquiry and report. The Commission has said that the children who pelt stones should be identified. To protect the children, counseling should be done by presenting them before the Child Welfare Committee.
