He reached Russia on the orders of Azamov Mashahont ISIS. He was about to come to India to carry out the mission via Russia. In India, he was about to launch a deadly attack on a BJP leader who insulted Prophet Mohammad.

The person present in Russia would give him the necessary documents including a visa, and passport, and the person present in India would give him the necessary weapons and coordinates. However, before this, he was caught by the Russian security agencies.

A security agreement was signed between India and Russia in November 2021. The agreement was signed between Russian National Security Adviser Nikolai Petrushev and India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval.
