Maharashtra: Uddhav said on the disqualification of MLAs - Speaker should take a decision soon, if we do wrong then we will go to court again

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray once again targeted the Shinde government. On the decision of the Supreme Court, he said that this present government has an interim relief. The speaker should decide on the matter at the earliest. If they give a wrong decision, we will go to court again. Regarding the Supreme Court's comment on the Governor, Uddhav said that for the illegal work he has done, I think there should be a case against him. If the Governor does not come under any law, it does not mean that he can do whatever he wants.

Uddhav's comment came on this

Earlier, after the decision of the Supreme Court, the Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Rahul Narvekar had said which faction is the real Shiv Sena as a political party. Now first of all it has to be decided. Within a reasonable time, I will complete this process and after that, the issue of disqualification of the MLAs will be settled.

Will complete the process within a reasonable time: Narvekar

Rahul Narvekar is currently in London and he told reporters that I follow the order of the Supreme Court. The apex court has entrusted the responsibility of giving recognition to the political party to the speaker. I will complete this process within a reasonable time. Following the principles of natural justice, all the petitioners shall be allowed to depose and present their cases. In this process, the claims will also be examined and debated.

Narvekar made this big claim

Narvekar also claimed that the Supreme Court has upheld his stand to disqualify the MLAs. The court said it would be the prerogative of the Speaker to decide on the disqualification petition filed against 16 MLAs, including Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. I have been saying continuously that it is for the Speaker to decide (on this matter).
