Know the whole matter

Let us tell you that this viral video is of the news anchor of Sama TV of Pakistan. In this video, Pakistan's famous news anchor is Kiran Naaz. She is referring to the statement of Professor Pervez Hoodbhoy in the live debate, in which the professor described women wearing hijabs as abnormal. She defends the hijab and then wears the hijab herself on live TV.

What did Professor Parvez Hudbhoy say about Hijab?

Parvez Hudbhoy, who is teaching at Pakistan's Quaid-e-Azam University, said, "I started teaching from the year 1973, then hardly a single girl was seen in a burqa. Now hijab and burqa have become common. And when she sits in hijab in class, her activity decreases a lot in class. It is not even known whether she is in class or not. She is seen wrapped in hijab or burqa."

Opposing this statement of Professor Pervez Hudbhoy, news anchor Kiran Naaz wore a hijab on live TV. And said in his live program, "Professor Parvez Hudbhoy is a big name of Pakistan. And he has come from America. He has devoted his whole life to teaching here. For the last 40 years, he is teaching at Quaid-e-Azam University. Despite this, he always seems to be trying."

She adds, "Even though I don't wear hijab, but I don't consider women wearing hijab unusual. That's why I will sit in today's show wearing hijab. I will do the entire show wearing hijab today." After this, she wears a hijab on live TV.
