
The All India Cine Workers Association has strongly condemned the comments made by YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia on 'India's Got Latent' and demanded a ban on them. The association also demanded legal action against Ranveer Allahabadia. On Monday, the association said that Allahabadia's comments were objectionable and against social and family values. The association appealed to the Indian film industry to boycott the persons involved in the show.
What did the All India Cine Workers Association say?
The All India Cine Workers Association said, "The All Indian Cine Workers Association strongly condemns the reprehensible and objectionable comments made on the YouTube show 'India's Got Latent' hosted by Samay Raina. In a recent episode, Ranveer Allahabadia, a participant in the show, made disgusting statements that are extremely derogatory to our social and family values. Such content is not acceptable at all and is a big threat to the morals of our society." Appeal to ban Ranveer Allahabadia
The association further said, "Representing the entire Indian film industry, the 'All India Cine Workers Association' officially boycotts India's Got Latent. We urge all actors, filmmakers, directors and technicians to immediately stop any kind of cooperation with the persons involved in this show, including host Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahabadia. After this, these people will not get any support from the Indian film industry."
Demanded all these things along with the ban
Apart from the ban on these two, the association has also demanded strict legal action against Ranveer Allahabadia and Samay Raina, FIR against all responsible persons and strict rules for digital content to prevent similar incidents.
