Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan has once again praised India. Imran Khan praised India's IT sector from a public platform at the opening ceremony of the Pakistan-China Business Investment Forum.
At the opening ceremony of the Pakistan-China Business Investment Forum, the Prime Minister of Pakistan said, "What is the new technological revolution, of IT, where was India twenty years ago and today let's see its export and see us today."
Earlier, Imran Khan had also said at the inauguration ceremony of the Special Technology Zone 'Technopolis' in Lahore on December 27 that his country is far behind India in the IT sector. In this program, he praised the IT sector of India.
Hope for progress with the help of China
Prime Minister Imran Khan praised China fiercely in this ceremony.
He said, “This is a very special occasion that we have gathered on the Pak-China Business Forum and it is special because it gives feedback to the government. This forum is very important to help understand what the facilities should be."
He said, “One of the feedback that I have been getting continuously in the last three years is that even though we give incentives to the Chinese industry to come to our country, the time it takes to invest i.e. from the agreement to the Time till implementation, that is too much. And we all know that if time is running out for an investor then it is not the right investment for him."
Imran Khan said that it is the best effort of his government to remove those hurdles due to which it takes more time and we are also working continuously in this direction.
He said, "It is a matter to understand that the wealth of a country cannot be created unless it is industrialized. It is very difficult from where the exports of small countries have reached, but we are from there. How can a country which does not export, move forward. Unless we sell things to the world, how can we move forward? "
Imran Khan said, "Which is the new technological revolution, of IT, where was India in it twenty years ago and today look at its export and see us today."
targeting previous governments
Attacking the previous governments, Imran Khan said that we have youth and we have so much potential but it was never taken care of.
Giving the example of China and Turkey to promote exports, Imran Khan said that these countries have increased their exports in a very planned way.
Praising China, Imran Khan said that it is a matter of great advantage for us that the country with the fastest-growing economy in the world is our neighbor. We have had a friendship with him for seventy years and the biggest thing is that he is ready for any kind of cooperation.
Imran Khan took a jibe at the previous governments and said that our problem has been that we were never ready.
praise your government
In his address, Imran Khan also praised his government and its efforts. He said that when the term of our government started, first of all, we tried to solve the old issues and bring stability. After that gradually worked towards making things better.
Imran Khan thanked his colleagues for the efforts of the government during the Corona epidemic.
"Sometimes we are so full of negativity that we don't even appreciate good things. The way we faced Corona, the way the surrounding countries have done, the situation happened in India, minus Growth is gone, look at Iran...Look at Pakistan which became normal first. Which saved its people and also it's economy."
Imran Khan said that now his government has decided that he has to increase his exports.
Imran Khan said that his government is also working on the issue of money laundering.
Imran Khan also spoke on CPEC Phase 2
Imran Khan said that CPEC Phase One with China was connected with connectivity and power but Phase II is related to business to business and under this, we have to focus on our agriculture.
Imran Khan said that we are still dependent on those old techniques for farming, but China has made a lot of progress in this area.
Citing one more thing to learn from China, Imran Khan said that one more thing we can learn from China is that we can improve our urban planning.
He said, "Pakistan is rapidly moving towards urbanization but our green areas are shrinking rapidly. This has increased the risk of food security. The risk of pollution has increased."
Imran Khan said that we need to learn urban development from China.
He said that there is also a plan to visit China in the coming time.
However, he did not give any fixed date as to when this China visit would take place.
