'Our foreign policy has failed.'
The Congress leader said, "The Prime Minister should explain the truth behind the purchase of oil from Russia. Why hasn't a trade agreement with the US been reached yet? The Prime Minister should take Parliament into confidence, build consensus, and explain. Our foreign policy has completely failed."
