PM Modi said that he is hopeful about a wide-ranging discussion on various topics at the summit. He said, 'India values close cooperation within BRICS which has emerged as an important platform for dialogue and discussion on issues related to the global developmental agenda, multilateralism, climate change, economic cooperation, building resilient supply chains, cultural and people-to-people links, etc. I am also looking forward to meeting other BRICS leaders.'
