CJP Omar Ata Bandial said- Speaker rejected the no-confidence motion citing Article 5 of the Constitution. This Bench is of the view that the no-confidence motion cannot be dismissed even if Article 5 is invoked.
Court angry on absurd argument

The Chief Justice termed their argument of Awan as absurd. Said- Your arguments are not related to this matter. The Prime Minister has asked me to make it clear to you that we are ready for elections. On this, the Chief Justice said- The judges have nothing to do with your politics.
