Only political and social representation will not work. He said that progress is possible only by ensuring their fair share in institutions and the corporate world. Rahul said, that during Indira Gandhi's tenure, the Congress had the full trust of Dalits, minorities, and backward classes, but in the 1990s, it kept decreasing. This fact is not hidden from anyone. It is worth noting that from 1991 to 95, there was a Congress government in the country under the leadership of Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao.
