Today, trains will be stopped across Punjab in support of the farmers sitting on dharna at the Shambhu-Khanauri border on the Punjab-Haryana border. In every district, farmers will sit on dharna on the railway tracks from 12 noon to 3 pm.
Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher said that Jagjit Singh Dallewal's hunger strike has completed 22 days, but the central government has not yet talked to the farmers. The Modi government wants to derail the issues of the farmers.
Pandher said that some media people are calling the two unions of farmers different, which is spreading completely false rumors. The farmers are united and fighting together. Pandher alleged that the opposition is not raising the voice of the farmers in the Parliament, due to which the problems of the farmers are going unheard. Pandher also questioned former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and asked what is he doing for the farmers.

Farmers refuse to attend the meeting called by the committee
Farmers have refused to meet with the committee formed by the Supreme Court to hold direct talks with the farmers regarding the opening of the Shambhu border. The meeting was called by the committee on Wednesday. In a letter sent to the committee, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal wrote that there was already a suspicion that committees are formed only for formality. Despite this, respecting all of you, a delegation of farmers met the members of the committee on November 4. But despite such a serious situation, the committee has not yet found time to visit the Shambhu and Khanauri borders. It is very sad to see that the committee has become active after such a delay. Was the committee waiting for their death? Looking at their medical condition and the condition of the farmers injured while marching to Delhi from the Shambhu border, both fronts have decided that the farmers are unable to hold a meeting with the committee. Now, the farmers will have direct talks with the central government only regarding their demands.
