Moon will be seen on March 22

He will contact other big Islamic institutions including Darul Uloom Deoband, Delhi Makraj, and Lucknow. If the moon sighting is confirmed anywhere in the country, then Ramzan will start on the 23rd. In case of non-sighting of the moon, the moon will be sighted on March 23 and then from March 24, it will be Ramadan.
