Why are Pravesh and Vijender Gupta lagging?

Pravesh Verma, who defeated Arvind Kejriwal, and former leader of the opposition Vijender Gupta were considered the strongest contenders for the post of Chief Minister.

It is said that Verma was not made the Chief Minister so there is no allegation of nepotism. Rekha Gupta was given preference over Vijender Gupta. Because making him the Chief Minister will help in appeasing women along with Vaishya.

NDMC Vice President congratulates Rekha Gupta

NDMC Vice President Kuljit Singh Chahal congratulated Rekha Gupta on being elected as the leader of the BJP Legislative Party. He said that in her long public life, she has paid special attention to important issues like education, women empowerment, and urban development. Her leadership ability and commitment to work at the grassroots level made her popular among the public.

Chahal said that the BJP has returned to power in Delhi after 27 years, and now we will work together for the overall development of Delhi. We are fully committed to realizing the resolve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for "Developed India 2047".
