Even after May 3, Rajasthan, the lockdown-like restrictions have been put in place by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The curfew will continue even after 3 May, and this time the restrictions will be further increased. In the regular Covid review meeting, Gehlot ordered the Home Department officials to make the existing guideline more stringent and keep it in force even further.

The Chief Minister asked the officers of the Home Department to prepare such guidelines keeping in mind the livelihood of the needy people, so that people do not have to go and do the needless movement and the pace of the infection can deteriorate, otherwise the situation can get worse.

New guidelines will be applicable from May 4

Gehlot said that the Medical Minister, Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary Home, and DGP should prepare the guidelines keeping in mind all the situations. Our effort should be that the pace of transition should be slow in any case, even if it requires more strict steps. Explain that the existing guidelines of curfew in Rajasthan are till May 3 and from May 4, the new guidelines will be applicable.

Preparations begin to make new guidelines

Chief Secretary Niranjan Arya has called a high-level meeting to create a new guideline. After this meeting, the guidelines for banning lockdown after May 3 will be discussed. After this, the Home Department will prepare the draft. The new guideline will be released today after the approval of the Chief Minister.

Curfew reduced lockdown time will be extended after May 3. This time the provisions will be more strict. Everything except milk, vegetable, and petrol pumps will remain closed on weekend curfew. Restrictions on movement through private vehicles from one district to another district will be enforced more strictly.

Dainik Bhaskar told yesterday (Thursday) that preparations are being made to increase curfew less lockdown ban after May 3. Experts thought that there is no option but to continue with the existing restrictions.
