On Friday, when Rhea Chakraborty was being questioned at the ED office, Vikas Singh, Sushant's family lawyer, indicated his arrest. She said in a statement, "Now that they have decided to come forward for questioning, they will have to answer all the questions correctly. If they do, they will be allowed to leave the ED office. The Enforcement Directorate had sought a copy of the FIR lodged against Rhea and her family from the Patna Police. Sushant's father has accused him of rigging 15 crores
Sushant's father KK Singh had on July 25 filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna for cheating his son and abetting him to suicide.
