The amazing trailer of Vicky Kaushal's much-awaited film 'Sam Bahadur' was released yesterday on 7th November. Everyone is forced to applaud after seeing the actor as Sam Manekshaw. Vicky has played the character of Sam Manekshaw with great ease and seriousness, which is visible in the trailer. During the trailer launch of Sam Bahadur, Vicky talked about how he worked on himself to portray the character correctly.

Although Vicky has played the role of an army officer before, playing the character of Sam Bahadur was completely different for the actor. Vicky Kaushal jokingly revealed that he used to call his wife Katrina Kaif before the shots. After talking to him he would give the shot. The actor also said it was the uniform of an army officer that gave him more power to play the role with more seriousness and intensity. According to the actor, this was one of the most challenging parts that Vicky faced.
'Sam Bahadur fame Vicky further said that even though you have learned the ropes of the character, the feeling of responsibility of giving your all in it is what adds to it. Along with this he also said that the final validation comes from the army personnel who will watch the film and give consent to it along with the demonstration.
According to the makers, 'Sam Bahadur' will showcase Manekshaw's career spanning over 40 years. This includes fighting in the Second World War to becoming the Army Chief during the India-Pakistan war of 1971. Bangladesh was created after this war. Apart from Vicky Kaushal, this film also stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles. This film will be released in theaters on December 1.
