Rahul Gandhi: Troubles will increase for NDA leaders who made objectionable comments about Rahul, Congress took strict action

National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders are continuously making objectionable statements against the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. This has angered the Congress. The oldest party complained to the police on Wednesday. In such a situation, now the troubles of the ruling party leaders may increase.

Statements are being made with the aim of disturbing peace

The Congress alleged that statements are being made to endanger the safety of the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and disturb peace given the elections across the country, especially in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana.

Demand to register FIR against these people

Congress treasurer and general secretary Ajay Maken gave a complaint to the in-charge of Tughlaq Road police station. He demanded to register an FIR against the objectionable statement made against Rahul Gandhi by BJP leaders Tarvinder Singh Marwah, Union Minister Navneet Singh Bittu, UP minister Raghuraj Singh as well as Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad.

'Politics in the country cannot stoop to this low'

After giving the complaint, Maken told reporters, 'We all know that late Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi have sacrificed their lives for the country. Even after this, they are making such threats. Politics in the country cannot stoop to this low level. Not just one BJP leader but many leaders made controversial remarks. But the ruling party did not take any action.'

We are not going to be afraid: Ajay Maken.

He said that Rahul Gandhi talks about SC, ST, OBC, tribal, and minority people. That is why BJP people do not like his words. That is why they are threatening him. Let me tell you that this is the Congress party and we are not going to be afraid or bow down.'

BJP made these objectionable statements

In a complaint to the police, Maken said, 'On September 11, Marwah openly threatened to kill opposition leader Rahul Gandhi at a BJP event. He had said Rahul Gandhi, come on, otherwise in the coming time you will also face the same fate as your grandmother. At the same time, Shiv Sena MLA from Buldhana Gaikwad had announced a reward of Rs 11 lakh to the person who brings Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's tongue cut off. Even Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu had called Rahul Gandhi the country's number 1 terrorist.'

He further said, 'Bittu made a statement to deliberately incite public hatred and resentment against Gandhi to incite violence and disturbing peace. The said statement was widely broadcast on TV channels and social media.

What is in the complaint?

Congress said in its complaint, 'The above statements/threats issued by various BJP leaders and its allies, calling for the murder and/or physical harm to Rahul Gandhi. The leader of the opposition of the country has been called a terrorist. This shows the personal hatred towards Gandhi by the BJP/NDA alliance partners and such statements are made only to create unrest among the general public through hate-filled comments, incite riots, disrupt peace, etc.'

People appointed to make hate comments...

Ajay Maken alleged that Rahul Gandhi has been constantly raising issues related to the deprived sections of the society like women, youth, Dalits, and other marginalized sections, and the BJP's failure to solve such people-centric issues. However, this has not gone well for the BJP and its allies, hence the above people have been appointed to make such hate-filled comments on the Leader of Opposition of India.
