The action of removing encroachment from around the temple of Sambhal is going on continuously. The balconies of the houses built next to the temple are being demolished. The house owners themselves are breaking the balconies.

 

The action of removing encroachment near the Shiva temple opened after 46 years in Sambhal is ongoing continuously. People are also removing encroachment themselves. On Tuesday, the balcony of a house next to the temple was demolished. The house owner got it demolished himself. The house owner says that the temple was being covered. So now he himself is getting the balcony demolished.

 

Devotees worshiped all day in the Shiva temple found in Khaggu Sarai.

 

Earlier, after the opening of the doors of the Shiva temple in Khaggu Sarai of Sambhal city after 46 years, a crowd of devotees gathered on Monday morning for darshan. Women made the atmosphere devotional by singing bhajans. Women from different areas participated in the kirtan.

 

People from the city as well as rural areas are reaching to visit the ancient Shiva temple. On Monday, people offered prayers in the temple throughout the day. Acharya Vaibhav Krishna Shastri said that more than 500 devotees have arrived from morning to evening. He said that the darshan of the temple started at 6:30 in the morning.

 

After this, there was a crowd of people throughout the day. It is known that this Shiv temple has opened after 46 years. There was a riot in 1978. After which Hindu families migrated. Since then, the temple has been locked. Now the lock has been opened with the help of the police administration. After this information, people from the city, as well as rural areas, are also reaching for worship and darshan. Police have been deployed as a precaution.

 

Aarti is performed in the morning and evening.

 

Aarti was performed at the Shiv temple on Monday morning and evening. A large number of people reached out to participate in it. Acharya Vaibhav Krishna Shastri of the temple said that more than 300 devotees participated in the aarti in the morning. The same number of devotees participated in the evening. Space is falling short but there is a feeling of happiness among the devotees. Therefore, they are eager to participate in the Aarti along with darshan and worship.

 

JCB roared in the localities of SP MP and MLA

 

On the other hand, encroachment was removed by running a campaign in the city for the third day as well. On Monday, slabs of drains were broken in Deepa Sarai, the locality of SP MP Ziaur Rahman Bark, and in the locality of MLA Iqbal Mahmood. Apart from this, action has also been taken in Hatim Sarai.

 

Munnadi, EO of the municipality, Manibhushan Tiwari said that encroachment has been removed in Deepa Sarai, Mian Sarai, and Hatim Sarai. People were constantly made aware to remove encroachment through public announcement but encroachment was not removed in many localities.

 

Therefore, encroachment has been demolished with JCB. The Municipality EO said that this action will continue continuously. This encroachment has to be removed from all 37 wards of the city. Public announcements are still being made continuously. So that people remove their encroachment themselves. If the encroachment is not removed, it will be demolished with JCB.

 

Traders urged to remove encroachment.

EO held a meeting with the officials of Udyog Vyapar Mandal in the Palika on Monday. During this, it was requested that encroachment be removed and cooperation be given in keeping the city clean. So that the cleanliness system can also be improved. It was said that all traders should become aware and remove encroachment from drains and sewers. So that Palika does not have to take action on demolition with JCB. During this, Kartik Yadav, Rajesh Yadav, Narendra Agarwal, Kuldeep Airan, Awadhesh Varshney, Hariom Gambhir, Anant Agarwal, Rajkumar Sharma, Mukesh Sharma, Ehtesham Ahmed, Nazim Saifi etc. were present.
