Mumbai NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede, who is probing the Aryan Khan drug case, himself seems to be in trouble. Meanwhile, his wife Kranti Redkar Wankhede has written a letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray requesting help. He said that in the state of Shiv Sena, a woman's dignity is being played with, a joke is being made. Had Balasaheb Thackeray been there today, he would not have accepted all this.

Kranti wrote in the letter, I am a Marathi girl and have grown up watching Shiv Sena fighting for the right of justice for Marathi person since childhood. Learned from Balasaheb Thackeray and Chhatrapati Shivaji that do not do injustice to anyone and do not tolerate injustice on yourself. Because of this, today I stand firmly and fight against those attacking my personal life alone.

'Respect being brought down on social media

He further wrote in his letter, people are just watching the fun on social media. I am an artist and I don't understand politics and I don't even want to get into it. Even though we are not related, our respect is being humiliated every day. In the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the dignity of a woman is being played with. The joke is that if Balasaheb Thackeray had been there today, he certainly would not have accepted this. He further said, Balasaheb is not here today, but you are and we see him in you. We believe in you. We are sure that you will not allow injustice to happen to me and my family. As a Marathi girl, I expect justice from you. I pray you for justice.

Time to meet Uddhav Thackeray

Kranti Redkar said I have sought an appointment with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, but till now no response has come from his side. I am waiting for his reply.
