China: There is a possibility of the spread of the COVID epidemic due to a leak in China's lab - FBI director

China has always been considered the reason for the spread of the coronavirus in the world. At the same time, now FBI (US Federal Investigation Agency) director Christopher Wray said on Tuesday that the agency has assessed that COVID-19 was probably caused by a leak from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. The epidemic had spread all over the world.

Director Christopher Wray told Fox News that the FBI has long assessed that the origin of the pandemic is a possible lab incident in Wuhan. The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday that the US Department of Energy has assessed that the pandemic was caused by a laboratory leak in China.

US Energy Department presented the report

On Monday, the US Department of Energy presented the final report related to Coronavirus. The Energy Department had previously said that the origin of the virus was not known, but now believes that the virus is most likely to have leaked from the Wuhan lab.

White House national security spokesman John Kirby said on Monday that the US government has not reached a definitive conclusion and consensus on the origins of the pandemic.

Energy Department officials say that they have received intelligence from US Biology Labs and based on this input the final report has been presented.

Some officials also believe that this report is very weak. This conclusion has not been drawn on any solid foundation. There are still differences of opinion among many US agencies about the origin of the virus.

At the same time, in the year 2021, the US Federal Investigation Agency (FBI) also claimed that the coronavirus was leaked from a lab in China itself, due to which the global epidemic had arisen. The intelligence agency is still standing by the results of its research.
