RT-PCR test mandatory at the airport for those coming from abroad
RT-PCR test will be done at the airport for every passenger coming from abroad. Every passenger coming from abroad will have to remain quarantined till the RT-PCR report comes negative. Passengers coming from outside will have both the option of home and institutional quarantine.
Double dose of vaccine mandatory for outside travelers
Air and train passengers coming from other states will have to show proof of a double dose of the vaccine. If both doses of the vaccine are not used, then they will have to remain quarantined till the RT-PCR test report of such air and train passengers come negative.
Night curfew and strictness on masks
Strictness on night curfew and masks will start. In the cities, action will be taken like confiscation of vehicles or challan of those who go out unnecessarily in night curfew by putting up police blockades. Fines will be imposed on those who are seen without masks in public places.
From February 1 everywhere without vaccination no entry
From February 1, entry will not be available anywhere without applying both doses of the vaccine. There will also be a provision in the guideline to make vaccination mandatory. Proof of having both doses of vaccine will have to be shown to go to any government office, market, public place including public transport from February.
