Salman Khan is in the headlines these days. Recently, there was a firing between two accused outside the actor's house, action is being taken swiftly. After the firing, there were reports that the actor would not work for some time. However, these rumors were denied by him. Even after the firing, Salman is very serious about his work. He announced his new film 'Sikander' on Eid this year. Now a new update has come out on the film.
Salman Khan announced the title of his upcoming film 'Sikander' with AR Murugadoss on Eid. Through this film, he promised fans to return to the big screen on Eid 2025. Salman shared the title slate on Instagram which read, 'Sajid Nadiadwala presents Salman Khan as Sikandar.' While sharing the title, Salman praised this year's Eid releases Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's 'Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan' and Ajay Devgan's 'Maidan'. He had written, 'This Eid, watch 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' and 'Maidan' and next Eid come and meet 'Sikander', Happy Eid to all of you.'
Now new information has come to light regarding the shooting of the film. According to reports, despite the problem of dates, the director has found a way to do it. Murugadoss is currently shooting an action film with Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan, tentatively titled SK 23, which is scheduled to go on floors by June. This means he will have to split his time between Hindi and Tamil projects for the next two months.
Murugadoss wants to complete the shooting of most of SK 23 before the shooting of Sikandar begins. In such a situation, the shooting of 'Sikander' will start in May. After shooting the first schedule of 'Sikander' in May, he will go back to finish Sivakarthikeyan's film in June. From July onwards he will be fully engaged in the shooting of the film starring Salman. Recently, Murugadoss had said that apart from high-octane action sequences, 'Sikander' will be full of emotions and will also give a powerful social message. This will be a pan-India film. The audience can expect to see a new kind of Salman Khan in this film.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan's security is also very tight. In fact, at around 5 am on Sunday, two motorcycle-riding men opened fire outside Salman Khan's house in the Bandra area of Mumbai and fled from the spot. The motorcycle was found abandoned near Mount Mary Church, about a kilometer away from the actor's house. Both the accused were caught late on Monday night in Mata No Madh village in the Kutch district of Gujarat and later brought to Mumbai and presented in the court. The crime branch claimed that the accused did not want to kill Salman but wanted to create fear in his mind. However, the police are still investigating this matter.
