Four people died when the roof of a bullfight arena collapsed in Colombia. More than 100 people were injured. Of these, 30 are seriously injured. An 18-month-old baby was also among the dead. The accident took place in the city of El Spinal in Tolima state.
Colombian President Gostavo Petro has shared the video of the incident. While the mayor of Espinal, Juan Carlos Tamayo, confirmed the accident in a social post. He told that 800 people were sitting there when the wooden roof collapsed. It can be seen in the video that as soon as a part of the three-floor arena collapsed, there was a stampede.
