Darshana Patel said that I will stake a claim for the State Assembly elections. I want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to be successful. I will try to make a difference in the lives of people using my experience of being a scientist, school board member, and social leader.
Patel had previously been elected to the Poway Unified Board at a time when the district was witnessing a surge in economic mismanagement and criminal activity. At such a time, fiscal responsibility was fulfilled. In the year 2020, Darshana Patel was again elected to the Poway Unified Board. Patel has also been a member of the San Diego County School Board Association. Darshana Patel lives in San Diego with her husband and three daughters. He holds a BA in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Occidental College, University of California.
