Swati Maliwal Case: Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar knocked on the door of the High Court, made this big demand from the court

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar, who is embroiled in the Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal assault case, has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court.

 

Vibhav has demanded a hearing in the case on Thursday. In the petition, Vibhav called the arrest illegal and said that the police forcibly detained him.

Vibhav was sent to three-day police custody yesterday

 

Vibhav Kumar was sent to three-day police custody by the Tis Hazari Court on Tuesday. Metropolitan Magistrate Gaurav Goyal sent Kumar to police custody till May 31.

 

The Delhi Police had sought five-day custody of the accused. At the same time, Vibhav's lawyer opposed the Delhi Police's plea to take him into custody and interrogate him, claiming that he had no evidence.

 

Vaibhav said Swati Maliwal was attacked on May 13 at the Chief Minister's official residence. Vibhav was arrested by the Delhi Police on May 18. He was sent to police custody for five days by the magistrate court on the same day.
