This was followed by a half-century partnership between Hardik Pandya and Virat Kohli for the fourth wicket. Kohli became the victim of Jordan after scoring 50 runs. India lost their fourth wicket for 136 runs. Hardik Pandya was hit wicket on the last ball, he scored 63 runs in 33 balls with the help of 4 fours and 5 sixes. Pant was also run out before Hardik.
The England team did not have any problem chasing the target. With 24 balls to spare, he won the match by scoring 170 runs. Jos Buttler scored 80 and Alex Hales played an unbeaten inning of 86 runs.
