New Delhi: In the Tabligi Markaz case, Delhi Police will today (Tuesday) file 20 charge sheets against 83 citizens of about 15 countries in Delhi's Saket Court. All these chargesheets are being filed under the Foreigners Act.
There is an allegation of visa violation
A top Delhi Police official said that the countries against which citizens are also going to appear in the court of charges include Saudi Arabia, China, USA, Ukraine, Philippines, Brazil, Australia, Afghanistan, Russia, Morocco, France, Egypt, Citizens of Malaysia, Tunisia and Jordan are included. Chargesheet is being filed against all these under the Foreigners Act. They are all accused of violating visa conditions. All these citizens came to India to join Tablighi Markaj's group.
More chargesheet will be presented before the court in the coming days
It is alleged that these people violated visa conditions during this time and did not give the correct information to the government. So a case has been filed against all of them. All these people have been questioned and during interrogation many of these people believed that the information given by these people to the government was not correct. According to the Delhi Police top officer, the round of charge sheets in this case has started now and in the coming days many chargesheets will be presented before the court.
