States should have the right to lockdown

The Chief Justice said that the Supreme Court is looking into 4 issues - supply of oxygen, supply of essential medicines, mode of vaccination, states' right to impose lockdown. The Nagpur bench of the High Court also said during the hearing that it is ashamed of being part of this 'wicked and evil' society. The High Court also said that it is unable to do anything for the coronavirus patients in Maharashtra.
