PCS Jyoti Maurya Case: Another shocking case against Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey, difficulties will increase

The difficulties of Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey found guilty of serious charges of having close relations with a female PCS officer and conspiring to kill her husband, will not end even after suspension and departmental inquiry. The headquarters has also started an investigation against him on the inside for misusing the guest house.

 

Manish Dubey stayed many times in the guest house

Manish Dubey, the commandant posted in Mahoba, stayed in the guest house several times along with his close ones. During this, he was on duty in Ghaziabad on paper. The headquarters is getting it investigated with whom he stayed in the guest house and for what purpose. On Tuesday, the headquarters recommended his suspension and departmental action to the government. It is expected that the recommendation of the headquarters will be implemented in a day or two.

 

Jyoti Maurya's husband has made serious allegations

The husband of the woman PCS officer had alleged in the past that the commandant developed a close relationship with his wife and they conspired together to kill her. On these allegations, the headquarter had conducted a preliminary departmental inquiry against the Commandant. Investigating officer DIG Santosh Kumar in his report has held Manish Dubey guilty of conspiring to kill the husband of the woman PCS officer.

 

Based on this, DG Home Guard BK Maurya has recommended the suspension of the commandant and departmental inquiry to the government. It is expected that the commandant will be suspended on the recommendation of the headquarters in a day or two. On the other hand, in the matter of misuse of the guest house, the DG said that this episode has just come to the notice, it is being investigated for what purpose he stayed in the guest house.
