Kolkata/Guwahati, Feb 6 (IANS) Software consultant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Friday said it has unveiled a cloud-based patient care solution to boost the use of technology in healthcare in Assam.
The solution provides integration of various workflows like screening, surgery and follow-up with the real-time information to users.
"Hosted on the cloud using the latest technologies, the Patient Care System provides an updated, real-time, consolidated view of all the patients treated and various interventions done by teams", the company said in a statement.
The software can also provide insights and analysis for further research and helps enhance patients' experience.
"The community is one of the pillars of our business in TCS. As a part of our sustainability efforts we are happy to leverage our core competencies," the company's global HR head Ajoyendra Mukherjee said in a statement.
