Both the pre-wedding festivities and grand wedding will take place at 'RK House' in Chembur. It is being told that after 3-4 days of ceremony, Ranbir-Alia will marry according to Punjabi customs on April 17.

The pre-wedding festivities of the couple will also be done according to Punjabi customs. However, no official confirmation has been received from both families regarding the wedding date. Both the families want to keep the marriage a secret. It is being told that on April 13, the couple's Mehndi ceremony is going to take place. After this, there will be all the ceremonies including Haldi, and Sangeet.

 

RK Bungalow, the legacy of the Kapoor family, has been chosen for this grand wedding. The source added, "Family means The World for the Kapoors. This is probably the last Kapoor wedding of this generation. So they want to keep it close to their roots." This lavish bungalow has a spacious lawn and is big enough to accommodate friends, family, and guests at the couple's wedding. Ranbir's parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor were married on 20 January 1980 at RK House itself.
