A Chinese doctor was murdered after entering his clinic in Karachi, Pakistan on Wednesday evening. The doctor's wife and another Chinese national were seriously injured in the attack. China has been stunned by the continuous attacks on its citizens in Pakistan. He has summoned the ambassador of Pakistan present in Beijing and sought information about the incident.

 

Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has condemned the massacre and assured of strict action. So far 14 Chinese nationals have been murdered in Pakistan in 14 months.

 

A Chinese doctor was in the clinic

 

According to Karachi police officer Asad Raza, 25-year-old Chinese doctor Ronald Hu was seeing patients in his clinic at the time of the attack. At the same time, a man in a blue shirt came in. He took out the revolver and started firing. Three bullets hit the Chinese doctor's stomach and chest. He died on the spot. Her elderly parents are seriously injured. After firing, the attacker fled from the spot. Search for him is going on.

 

The Chinese doctor and his family had been living in this Sadar area of ​​Karachi for a long time. According to the police, full security is provided to Chinese citizens living here in case of any kind of danger.

Police doctor Sumaiya Syed said in a conversation with 'The Don' - A patient had died on the spot. The rest of the two are over 70 years old and have been shot in the stomach. His condition is very serious. We are trying our best to save them. If needed, these people can be airlifted to Islamabad at any time.

 

Home Minister Rana Sanaullah inquired about the incident over the phone from Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and asked him to take strict action. Rana said- We will protect the citizens of China at all costs. They are our guests. So far no organization has claimed responsibility for the attack.

In July last year, a bus of Chinese engineers working on the China-Pakistan Joint Dasu Dam project was blown up by a bomb in Balochistan. In this 9 Chinese engineers were killed. Pakistan called it an accident. Later, when China investigated, it turned out to be a case of a terrorist attack.

 

After this, in April this year, a female fidayeen attacker blew herself up at a university in Karachi. Three female Chinese and one male professor were killed in the incident. Now when this attack happened, the death toll of Chinese citizens increased to 14 in 14 months.
