In the petition, Indian citizenship has been demanded by not sending her to Pakistan and calling her Sachin's wife.

The border had come to India from Pakistan via Nepal

Seema Haider, a resident of Karachi, Pakistan, and Sachin Meena of Rabupura got acquainted while playing the PUBG game. After increasing closeness through video calling, Seema came to India from Pakistan via Nepal on 13 May.

Seema reached Rabupura with four children and started living with Sachin by taking a house on rent in Ambedkar Nagar. As soon as the police came to know about the matter, Seema eloped with her four children and Sachin. The police team had caught everyone from Ballabhgarh in Haryana.
