Therefore the petitioner has moved the court for the third dose of the vaccine. Justice PV Kunhikrishnan on Tuesday said that the court was not blaming the central government but when a citizen's movement is restricted or his employment is lost due to the vaccine given, is it not the duty of the government to listen to his complaint. However, the court held that the loss of employment or restriction on travel of a citizen due to vaccination by the government amounted to a violation of his fundamental rights.
