Tharoor said that Trump is the President of America, and his decisions can affect policies, and policies can affect us. In this situation, Trump should be taken seriously.

Shashi Tharoor said that when he (Trump) says that your economy is over, it is like a school child saying in the playground that your mother is ugly. You should take it seriously. It is meant for insult, not to be taken literally.
