Uddhav's attack on Shinde: Shiv Sena is a waving sword, if you keep it in its sheath, then there will be war

Meanwhile, former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has given an interview to Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana, in which he has spoken openly on Eknath Shinde's rebellion and political developments.

 

Uddhav Thackeray said, Shiv Sena and Sangharsh have a deep relationship with each other. Shiv Sena is a waving sword. If it is kept in a sheath, it gets rusted. Therefore it must be waved.

 

 

Ask for a vote on your own father's photo

 

Taking a jibe at Eknath Shinde, Uddhav Thackeray said, who has betrayed, broke the party, ask for votes by putting a photo of his father. Don't beg by putting a photo of Shiv Sena's father. He compared the rebel leaders to the rotten leaves of a tree. Said, let elections be held, these cards will come on the ground and it will be known whether people support them or not. Further said, these rotten leaves should be shed. This is good for the tree as it will have new leaves.

 

it was my mistake to trust

 

Uddhav Thackeray said it was my mistake that I trusted some party leaders too much. It was my fault to trust him for so long. He said, the government is gone, the chief minister's post is gone, and there is no regret about it. My people turned out to be traitors, this is going to hurt more. There was an attempt to topple the government during my ill health after my operation.

 

My movement was off, their fast

 

Uddhav Thackeray said I had an operation. I was struggling with my health. I couldn't even move the lower parts of my neck. Some people were wishing for my speedy recovery, while others were praying that I should remain like this for the rest of my life. These people have come out to ruin the party today. He said, 'Given you, the number two post, blindly believed in you, in such a way, betrayal was done. When my movement was off, they were fast.
