Apart from this, according to a report on the US government website, it also gets full support from Syria and Lebanese Hezbollah.
It maintains its presence in Syria, Lebanon, Gaza Strip, and Israel and is headquartered in Tehran, the capital of Iran. About one thousand members are active in it at a time.
