Redmi 12C entry-level smartphone launched in India, starting price Rs 8,999

Redmi India has launched Redmi Note 12 4G and Redmi 12C in India. Both of these are 4G smartphones and the cost of both of them is less than Rs 15,000. There is a waterdrop notch display with Redmi 12C and a fingerprint sensor has been given on the rear panel. The phone also has a dual rear camera. Apart from this, the back panel of the phone has a texture that will make the gripping good.

 

Redmi 12C price

The starting price of the Redmi 12C is Rs 8,999. At this price, 64 GB of storage will be available with 4 GB of RAM. At the same time, the price of the 128 GB storage variant with 6 GB RAM has been kept at Rs 10,999. Redmi 12C can be purchased in Matte Black, Mint Green, Royal Blue, and Lavender Purple colors. A discount of Rs 500 will be available under the bank offer with the phone, after which the prices of both variants will be Rs 8,499 and Rs 10,499 respectively. The sale of Redmi 12C will be on April 6 at noon from Flipkart, Amazon, and the company's site as well as retail stores.

 

Specification of Redmi 12C

Redmi 12C has been introduced with a 6.71-inch HD + display, whose brightness is 500 nits. It has Android 12-based MIUI 13. The phone has a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. Apart from this, it has up to 6 GB of RAM with up to 5 GB of virtual RAM and up to 128 GB of storage.

 

The phone has been introduced with a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Talking about other features of Redmi 12C, it will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro USB port will be available for charging. The phone has a 5000mAh battery with which 10W charging will be available. The phone has also got an IP52 rating. The weight of the phone is 192 grams. For connectivity, the phone has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
