Tech company Apple and sportswear brand Adidas, as well as athleticwear maker Nike, followed suit by announcing a halt to sales of their product in Russia. On behalf of the company, it was said that the uncertainty has increased due to the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and in this sequence, it has been decided to stop the sale of all its products in the country with immediate effect.

 

Google gave a big blow

 

After Russia attacked Ukraine, Google has also taken a tough step against Russia. Russian state media RT News and Sputnik have been blocked by Google on the Play Store. YouTube, which is operated by Alphabet Inc.'s company Google, has also blocked channels linked to the Russian media outlet Russia Today, effective immediately. After Google and YouTube, the name of Netflix has also been added to the brand which has been vocal against Russia. Netflix has said it is suspending its service in Russia. The company stated on Sunday, blaming the ground situation for the decision to suspend its services in Russia. However, he has not given any additional information. The announcement follows TikTok's statement that Russian users have been banned from sharing videos on the app and viewing posts from other parts of the world.

 

Mercedes breaks partnership

 

The automobile sector has also made big announcements against Russia and in this sequence, automakers Volvo and Mercedes-Benz have made big announcements. Mercedes said in a statement issued after the Russian military attacked Ukraine that it was ending its partnership with a Russian truck maker.
