China in crisis due to US policy: India is giving tough competition to China in terms of supply chain

China has been the center of the world's supply chain for the last 4 decades. But, now five countries including India are becoming its alternative. These include Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Thailand. Especially India is giving a tough challenge to China.

 

India has a huge workforce as well as manufacturing experience. The government is also in favor of the rapid expansion of industries, it is also easy to export. In 2018, then US President Donald Trump started a trade war with China. Since then, China has been lagging in terms of the supply chain.

 

Corona caused damage to China

Ashutosh Sharma, research director of market research firm Forrester, said that Corona has caused more damage than the US could not do to China. Trump had imposed heavy tariffs on China. President Joe Biden also did not give an exemption. Now orders have been given to check the vehicles imported from China.
